At Bronzia, estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's status.

Please note these timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to causes beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather conditions, customs procedures, or high demand during peak dates.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipping. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, contact us at bronzia@outlook.es and we'll check the status of your shipment.
